Theme of National Youth Festival 2022 is "Capable Youth- Forceful Youth, Able Youth- Strong Youth" (Shaksham Yuva Shashakth Yuva) The National Youth Festival will be organised by Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports in Puducherry, from January 12 to 16. It will start on the birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda and it also marks 75th year of India’s independence. The festival is likely to draw around 7000 youths in the age group of 18 to 22 from across the country.
